Project Name: GAC A20 Door Knob Production Line; Product: Door Knob Assembly; Typ. Required: 55s; Process: Projection welding + welding + arc welding + automatic grinding; Equipment Description: This project includes two spot welding systems, three handling robots, and one grinding robot on each side. The handling robots perform the workpiece processing, including automatic projection welding of nut plates, fixed-torch welding, and fixed-arc welding. A single robot performs the automatic grinding process.
