Project Name: GAC FCA K4 Tach Requirement: 177s Process Description: Arc Welding + Marking + Assembly Equipment Description: This project utilizes two arc welding workstations with rotary tables to perform arc welding operations. The robotic welding fixtures utilize electronic control and inspection, with error prevention features. The robot's workstation configuration utilizes a horizontal three-axis positioner. While the robot is welding on the inside, the operator can simultaneously work on the other side, ensuring non-stop operation and significantly improving robot utilization.
